Founded in 2006 by Rusty Bacon and Shawn Collins Trinity Property Group ("The Company" or "TPG") is a private equity investment firm that acquires and rehabilitates underperforming commercial real estate nationwide. The Company focuses on existing retail, office and multi-family assets in secondary markets with price points between $5.0 and $25.0 million per asset. TPG looks for assets that have material vacancy, been poorly managed/leased or are in need of repositioning. With significant experience operating and investing in real estate, TPG provides an end to end investment solution for its equity partners.

Russell N. Bacon (Rusty), Principal.
Prior to joining Trinity Property Group, Mr. Bacon was SVP of Finance for SN Servicing Corporation, where he managed the company's $1.5 billion capital structure, including its interim warehouse facilities, liquidity and securitization program. Prior to that, Mr. Bacon was SVP of Finance and Development for SN Properties Corporation, where he was responsible for the acquisition, financing and management of underperforming retail and office properties nationwide. The portfolio consisted of over 50 properties in 18 states and was valued at over $350 million at the time of his departure. Previous to his move to SN, Mr. Bacon was an equity research analyst for CSFB and Thomas Weisel Partners, where he covered optical networking companies.

Mr. Bacon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University.


Kent S. Borowick, Director of Asset Management.
Mr. Borowick joined Trinity Property Group in April of 2007. For the previous eight years, Mr. Borowick worked with Bristol Group as an asset manager responsible for a portfolio comprised of office, retail, multi-family and self storage assets valued at over $500 million. Previously, Mr. Borowick worked with AMB Investments and Charles Dunn Company in both property and asset management positions.

Mr. Borowick holds a Ph.D. in Statistics and MBA from Baylor University, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.

Shawn P. Collins, Principal.
Before joining Trinity Property Group, Mr. Collins was the Director of Acquisitions for Dunhill Partners West, a private investment company focusing on retail assets in the Western US. Prior to that, Mr. Collins served as Director of the Investment Services Group at Coldwell Banker Commercial providing acquisition, disposition and investment advisory services to corporate and individual clients nationwide. During that time, Mr. Collins advised clients on commercial real estate investments in excess of $100 million. In addition, Mr. Collins currently owns several mutli-family assets and has invested in the space for over 5 years.

Mr. Collins holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia.


Deborah Wilson-Bailey, Controller
Ms. Wilson-Bailey joins Trinity Property Group with over eighteen years of financial consulting, accounting and controller experience. Since 1995 she has worked in the real estate industry, most recently with Panoramic Management. At Panoramic she was responsible for the budgeting, auditing, and financial reporting aspects of the company’s management and investment activity. In addition, Ms. Wilson-Bailey set up the firm’s accounting system and the corresponding policies and procedures. Prior to that, she was the Controller for Oliver & Company and Accounting Supervisor for Wareham Property Group.

Ms Wilson-Bailey holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix where she earned the honor of being class Valedictorian.
